7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-Day Return and Exchange Window from the date your package is delivered.

Eligibility Criteria

Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

• Items damaged, stained, or altered after delivery cannot be returned.

• Items received in damaged or incorrect condition qualify for an immediate free replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

1. Contact us on Instagram@silkbyhaya or email us at silkbyhaya@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your Order Number and a quick photo/video of the issue (if damaged or wrong item).

3. Our support team will guide you on sending the item back to our hub or arranging a reverse pickup.

Note: Return shipping costs for size/preference exchanges are covered by the customer unless the mistake was made on our end.
